Learn About Transition Specialist Training +

  • New Hire Training+

  • New transition specialist representatives (TSR) attend extensive trainings over a five week span, known as precorporate and corporate training. During this new-hire training, all TSR’s will become product experts and learn about their role as an implementation specialist at Paycom.

  • Product Training+

  • During TSR’s initial new-hire training, they will review the products in-depth allowing them to be product experts and a resource for Paycom clients. New hires spend two weeks learning the products to better serve Paycom clients.

  • Client Management+

  • During their five weeks of training, new hires spend one week at the corporate office role-playing, learning how to set up a client and discovering how to apply their product knowledge to the everyday steps of being a transition specialist representative.

  • Ongoing Training+

  • All representatives are flown to an upscale destination twice a year for two days of ongoing training and team building with their peers and managers. At this training, reps build additional skills necessary for implementation and new skills to bring back to their home office.
